Defective used items purchased from Capitol City Pawn Shop, Inc. under our warranty will be repaired or replaced with like item of equal value condition at our discretion, subject to availability.

Service by any other service representative other than one authorized by Capitol City Pawn Shop, Inc. will be at the owner’s expense and the guarantee will become void.
Capitol City Pawn Shop Inc. shall not be responsible for operator error, improper handling, use or installation. Any of these will cause your guarantee to become void.
New merchandise is covered by the manufacturer's warranty and will be up to the manufacture to determine responsibility of the warranty. Purchaser must adhere to manufacturer's operating instructions.

Warranty work must have original receipt presented as proof of purchase.

Automotive Stereo Equipment
Equipment was operating at the time of sale: Generally, this equipment is sold “as is”. Car amps or head units will be given a 30-day guarantee if installed by a certified auto technician as designated by Store Manager. Car speakers and Subwoofers are not covered under a warranty.

Digital Cameras, Cameras, or Camcorders
30-day guarantee. Batteries may be replaced at Store Manager's discretion.

Firearms
Used firearms are guaranteed for 30 days to function and operate properly. New firearms are guaranteed by the manufacturer with no over-the-counter exchange.

Home Appliances & Sports Equipment
A 30-day guarantee is given, unless otherwise stated. Air conditioners are covered for a two-week period.

Musical Instruments
Amplifiers are guaranteed for 30 days. Speakers are not covered. Band instruments are guaranteed to operate properly for 30 days with repairs to be shared expenses of 0%, 50%, 100% by Capitol City Pawn Shop, Inc. All repair work must be authorized by Store Manager before being done. Guitars are guaranteed for 30 days.

Portable Electronics & Computers and Gaming Systems
30-day guarantee. Batteries may be replaced at Store Manager's discretion.

Rings
Diamonds rings are guaranteed to attain a retail written appraisal for a value of 40% more than your purchase price, or we will refund your money. A ring purchased from Capitol City Pawn Shop, Inc. can be traded back for your full price with proof of purchase when you are trading it in on another ring of twice the value paid. Jewelry sizing will be free on items purchased for over $200. Sizing must not exceed two sizes, up or down.

Stereo Equipment
Home stereo equipment is guaranteed for 30 days. Home speakers are sold “as is” and are not covered under any warranty.

Tools
All power electric, pneumatic, gas and hand tools are sold, “as is”, unless otherwise stated. Item will be shown in working condition at time of purchase. Store Manager has the authority to extend or give any tool a 7-day limited warranty.

Television
A 30-day guarantee is given. This guarantee only covers the picture tube and no other parts or labels.

Vacuums
A 30-day guarantee is given.

Watches
All watches are sold “as is”. Batteries will be replaced as needed.
